Edmonton Public Schools is seeking a full-time, 12-month, permanent Clerk to join our Customer Service team. As the ideal candidate, you will provide telephone, general information and in-person registration services to external and internal customers.


  • One year related course of study in an office program
  • Experience or willingness to learn Lumens, PowerSchool, SchoolZone, PasiPrep, ICARE, Extranet, Symphony
  • Microsoft Office, Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


The successful candidate will:

  • assist in the preparation of contracts for all Academic, School, and Community Supports teaching staff
  • provide assistance with registration for the Continuing Education, Academic Success, Language Instruction to Newcomers in Canada (LINC), and English as a Second Language programs, utilizing the Lumens online registration system
  • monitor and resolve discrepancies between Lumens and District's student records
  • collect and verify personal information including demographics, immigration/residency status and prerequisites
