District Information Management manages the District's records, including the Student Record, and ensures the District meets its obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act. It ensures that all records are maintained in a time- and cost-effective manner to meet the District's legislated responsibilities.
This Department also provides guidelines, regulations, best practice standards and training relating to all areas of record and FOIP management, coordinates all District FOIP requests and manages the Central Records Storage Facility.
