Division Information Management

Division Information Management manages the District's records, including the Student Record, and ensures the Division meets its obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP). It ensures that all records are maintained in a time- and cost-effective manner to meet the Division's legislated responsibilities.

This department also provides guidelines, regulations, best practice standards and training relating to all areas of record and FOIP management, coordinates all Division FOIP requests and manages the Central Records Storage Facility.

REQUEST STUDENT RECORDS

You may need to request letters or records for Revenue Canada to support an application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada, or to register at a school outside the Division. Use our online form to request letters, student records or Grade 9 transcripts.
