These numbers represent enrolment on September 30 as submitted to Alberta Education.

Program enrolment may not equal a school's total enrolment because:

  • students may be enrolled in more than one program, and
  • some programs are not shown.

Enrolment data gives parents a general understanding of the number of students at a school or enrolled in a program. Although we’ve made every reasonable effort to ensure the data is accurate, there may still be errors. To confirm enrolment, contact the school.

About Belvedere School

Belvedere School provides programming to meet the needs of all students, including those with moderate learning disabilities. Students are encouraged to meet and set goals so they become independent learners, and we focus on developing positive self-esteem and increasing achievement.  We have a strong music program with a music specialist, and technology is used to help students improve achievement.

We offer full-day Kindergarten and Kindergarten Intervention. Leveled Literacy Intervention is available from Kindergarten to Grade 3. Through partnerships with community organizations, our students receive a snack each day, and lunch is available. There is also an out-of-school program in our building.

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

  • That a strong commitment from students, staff, parents and community partners leads to positive results for our students—”Together We Succeed”
  • That a safe, caring school environment is essential to student achievement
  • That developing social skills creates responsible, caring citizens
