Eastglen staff believe students excel when they are challenged in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to help all students achieve their potential by maintaining high educational standards and nurturing exemplary citizenship in a secure and safe environment.
Eastglen serves students from the neighbourhood junior high schools of Bannerman (Nellie McClung Girls’ Program), Highlands, John D. Bracco and . Many of our students live outside Eastglen’s catchment area and come from other junior high schools.

To meet the needs of students with special needs, we offer Community Living Skills (CLS), Interactions and Knowledge and Employability (K and E) programs. Eastglen also has a comprehensive co-curricular program providing students with a variety of activities that is coupled with a strong Student Leadership Program (WEB –‘Where Everyone Belongs’).
