301

These numbers represent enrolment on September 30 as submitted to Alberta Education.

Program enrolment may not equal a school's total enrolment because:

  • students may be enrolled in more than one program, and
  • some programs are not shown.

Enrolment data gives parents a general understanding of the number of students at a school or enrolled in a program. Although we’ve made every reasonable effort to ensure the data is accurate, there may still be errors. To confirm enrolment, contact the school.

About Mill Creek School

At Mill Creek, we believe that learning Spanish language and culture deepens knowledge and appreciation for Spanish-speaking countries and their cultures, and contributes to the future success of our students in an increasingly globalized community. We run the International Spanish Academy from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The program offers Spanish Language Arts, math, physical education and health in Spanish and English Language Arts, science and social studies in English.

A playschool and childcare provider lease space in our building and there is an after-school care program. In addition, we have partnerships with community organizations to support student learning, our reading focus and at-risk students.

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

  • In providing a safe, caring environment
  • In encouraging students to achieve and be the best they can be
  • In helping students develop the character and skills they need to be contributing citizens in the future
