These numbers represent enrolment on September 30 as submitted to Alberta Education.

Program enrolment may not equal a school's total enrolment because:

  • students may be enrolled in more than one program, and
  • some programs are not shown.

Enrolment data gives parents a general understanding of the number of students at a school or enrolled in a program. Although we’ve made every reasonable effort to ensure the data is accurate, there may still be errors. To confirm enrolment, contact the school.

About Rundle School

Rundle School’s mission statement is “We honour the greatness in you.” We work with students, parents and the community to nurture respectful, caring relationships and to ensure that our elementary students are capable, connected, contributing members of society. We have many programs to meet diverse student needs, including full-day Kindergarten, the Abbottsfield Youth Project, Balanced Literacy, Behaviour and Learning Assistance, snack and hot lunch programs, Kids in Action, the University of Alberta Study Buddy program, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Reading Recovery and the HEROS hockey program.

As a Leader In Me school, we weave citizenship and leadership into everything we do, and we use technology to improve student achievement. Community support agencies use the school during the day while community organizations use it in the evenings.

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

  • That everyone belongs in our school community
  • In valuing and recognizing all staff, students and parents
  • That our community is an important resource
