These numbers represent enrolment on September 30 as submitted to Alberta Education.

Program enrolment may not equal a school's total enrolment because:

  • students may be enrolled in more than one program, and
  • some programs are not shown.

Enrolment data gives parents a general understanding of the number of students at a school or enrolled in a program. Although we’ve made every reasonable effort to ensure the data is accurate, there may still be errors. To confirm enrolment, contact the school.

About Weinlos School

At Weinlos School, we believe in each other, do our best and are lifelong learners. We provide the regular academic program as well as the Opportunity and Behaviour and Learning Assistance programs. French as a Second Language is offered beginning in Grade 4. Students have daily physical education, and we offer the Ever Active program to promote lifelong activity and health. We also promote student leadership with a variety of opportunities through the year.

Weinlos School is located in the Ridgewood neighbourhood of Mill Woods. We develop strong links between the school and community through interaction and collaboration with various organizations and partner with the ABC Head Start program, which leases two classrooms at the school.

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

  • In academic pursuits, physical activity and overall wellness, self-awareness and discovery
  • In supporting character development
  • That partnership between school, home and community helps students become lifelong learners
