Share your feedback about new school attendance areas

Earlier this month, we met with families and community members to share potential attendance areas for the 11 new schools opening in September 2017. Now we’re seeking feedback about the options we shared.

We want to hear from you! If you were at an information meeting and haven’t yet completed our short survey, please do. We’ll use your feedback, along with demographic information and city census data to inform our decisions in the fall.
All of the presentations are available as videos, if you weren’t able to attend the meeting in your area. If you live near one of the new schools, we encourage you to watch the presentation and fill out the feedback survey.

The new schools, whose official names were recently announced, are located in the communities of:

- Granville - Kim Hung School
- Greater Lawton - Ivor Dent School
- Hudson - Hilwie Hamdon School
- Laurel - Svend Hansen School
- Secord - David Thomas King School
- The Orchards - Jan Reimer School
- Walker - Shauna May Seneca School
- Webber Greens - Michael Phair School
- Windermere - Constable Daniel Woodall School
