The Academy at King Edward offers specialized programming for students with learning disabilities in Grades 3 to 12. In small classes, students with learning disabilities are taught to understand their learning strengths and challenges and to develop strategies that allow them to become lifelong learners. Contributing to the community is an important emphasis, and our Parent School Council is very active and involved with the school and the larger community.
Grades 3 to 9 go to our location at the Academy at King Edward, and Grades 10 to 12 go to our satellite locations in Victoria School and McNally School. Students in the Academy at King Edward may move into mainstream classrooms when ready. Our students come from across Edmonton.
