Purchasing and Contract Services

Purchasing and Contract Services (PCS) manages our Division's purchasing of goods, services and construction. PCS ensures:

transparency and accountability in purchasing
maximum value for money spent
competitive purchasing whenever possible
fair, transparent and open competition with no preferential treatment
ethical award decisions
compliance with appropriate policies, regulations, legislation and trade agreement obligations
