About McKee School

McKee School promotes high student achievement. We are an elementary school that offers Balanced Literacy, Reading Recovery, Behaviour and Learning Assistance, and Leveled Literacy. Special needs students are included in regular classrooms and English Language Learning support is available. Students in Grades 4 to 6 receive French as a Second Language, and at-risk students receive Middle Years Literacy Intervention. 

Our school also offers in-school mentorship, choir, Orff, computer and running clubs, patrols, student leadership and Youth Smoking Awareness. We have a good relationship with the community and have many partner organizations and businesses. A childcare centre, after-school care, playschool and ABC Head Start operate in the school.

Schools that show attendance areas
