About Vernon Barford School

Vernon Barford School fosters positive feelings of self-worth in students and challenges them to reach their potential. We offer the regular junior high program, Challenge Program, Literacy Program and English Language Learning. Complementary courses include French as a Second Language, Spanish Language and Culture, art, drama, instrumental music, Clothing Textiles Fashions, Food Studies, construction and career explorations. Special needs students are integrated into regular programming where appropriate.

Vernon Barford School has partnerships with a number of community organizations that benefit our students and are supported by an active school council. Our school has high expectations for student growth and achievement.

Schools that show attendance areas
