Hospital Stays and Medical Needs

Program Description

Programming supports students in Kindergarten to Grade 12 at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, University of Alberta, Stollery Children’s Hospital and Rosecrest Centre.

Program delivery:

Short-term intensive educational, therapeutic and medical services provided at Glenrose School
Psychiatric assessment classrooms provided at Glenrose and Royal Alexandra Hospital schools
Transition planning to support students in attending regular school as soon as possible
