Transition Support

Program Description

Programming supports students who are preparing to transition into the workforce. Students may have completed Grade 12 without a diploma or certificate, or left high school before completion.

Through individualized support, hands-on learning and community partnerships, students enrolled in Transition Support can: 

• learn about career planning, applying for jobs and conducting interviews
• participate in work experience placements
• develop independent living skills
