About Inglewood School

Inglewood School provides a safe, nurturing, challenging learning environment and helps students to reach their full potential in their social, emotional and academic lives. We provide full-day Kindergarten program and Grades 1-6. French as a Second Language is provided for Grades 4 to 6.

Our focus is on literacy and numeracy, safety and positive behaviour. Students who need specialized learning supports are included in all classrooms, and we provide supports and Leveled Literacy. Inglewood school leases space to the Northwest out-of-school care program and we partner with a large number of community organizations. We’re also an Apple school with a focus on healthy living.

At Inglewood School, we believe in providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment. We support every student in striving to reach their full potential in their social, emotional and academic lives. We are student-centered and believe every child develops in a unique way.

We encourage our diverse community of learners to grow continuously, and become global citizens and leaders in our changing world. Our school community respects diversity, commits to anti-racism and equity, and fosters a sense of belonging. Education requires a co-operative and collaborative team effort between students, staff, parents and the community.

We believe:

  • all children have the right to develop to their full potential and, in doing so, become productive members of society
  • in maintaining a respectful learning and working environment conducive to learning

Schools that show attendance areas
