The goal at Steele Heights School is to help students recognize the value of education and create a desire for lifelong learning. At our school, students are placed in age-appropriate learning groups, with average students in regular classes and high achievers in the Challenge Program and honours classes. We also offer the Strategies and Behaviour and Learning Assistance programs to support students with special needs.
We serve are committed to providing a safe, caring environment. Academic achievement is highly valued, as are athletics, the arts and citizenship. Fine and practical arts programs include music, art and drama, and students can take a variety of other courses, including Career and Technology Studies, French and Spanish.
