NOTE: * Pre-registration is required with the Board Office (780-429-8443) by 4:30 p.m. – Monday, June 29, 2020 to speak under agenda item F - Comments from the Public and Staff Group Representatives. Board Policy allows a total duration of 20 minutes for the Comments from the Public and Staff Group Representatives section of the agenda, with the option for the Board to extend that time by motion. The Board of Trustees may consider extending the 20 minutes allotted for this item. However, even with an extension, not all speakers may have the opportunity to speak. Those registering to speak may also submit their comments in writing. Comments received by the Recording Secretary by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2020, will be forwarded to Trustees for their consideration prior to the June 30 Special Board Meeting.
