VACCINE REQUIREMENTS

This means rental groups, which include on-site representatives, staff, volunteers and participants over 18 years of age, must be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a recent negative rapid test before entering a Division building.

Group representatives must complete and submit a declaration statement through eBase, our online rental booking system, to confirm they meet the Division's vaccine requirement.

You will need to submit your rental request through eBase. This online rental booking system allows you to submit, track, change or cancel rental permits.
