Division Strategic Plan 2026–30

Edmonton Public Schools is pleased to share the Division Strategic Plan 2026–30 and the Board of Trustees’ Vision for the next four years: “Empowering students to shape their futures and communities.”
Our strategic plan guides our work as a school division. The Board of Trustees developed the new plan to build on and advance the work we’ve done in the last four years.
Part of creating the new plan involved collecting and considering feedback from the important voices of staff, students and families. It outlines our focus and direction around three Priorities:
- Expand impactful and innovative learning for all students.
- Advance anti-racism, Truth and Reconciliation, and inclusion to support student learning.
- Centre good relationships to enhance belonging, safety and well-being for students and staff.
We’re excited to continue supporting student growth and success, guided by the new plan.
