Circle of Security Parenting program—register now for free online sessions

The Circle of Security Parenting program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. Watch a short video about the Circle of Security to learn more.
Over a series of seven weekly sessions, parents and caregivers will learn how to better understand their child’s emotional world by:
- recognizing and responding to emotional needs
- supporting their child’s ability to manage emotions
- strengthening self-esteem and confidence
- honouring their child’s natural need for safety and security

Arabic session (morning)
Wednesdays, October 15 to November 26, 10–11:30 a.m.
English session (morning)
Wednesdays, October 15 to November 26, 10–11:30 a.m.
English session (evening)
Wednesdays, October 15 to November 26, 6:30–8 p.m.
Sessions are currently offered in English and Arabic only, due to a limited number of trained facilitators in other languages.
