A student's ability to succeed at school depends largely on the learning environment that we provide. Our staff work hard to ensure that young people feel safe and secure in their classrooms, hallways, and school grounds.
Working together with staff, parents, and the community, the board has developed a policy outlining expectations for the behaviour and conduct of students that will serve to promote a positive attitude in our schools.
Parents play an important role in assisting teachers and principals in implementing this policy effectively. It has been developed to ensure that our students get the most out of their education through the commitment and co-operation of students, staff, parents, and the community.
As educators, we are fully aware of our role in modeling positive behaviour and helping to shape responsible, self-disciplined citizens.
