About Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack School

Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack School is a new high school located in the Meadows. The school will open to Grade 10 and 11 students in September 2024; Grade 12 will be added in 2025–26. Learn more about our school location, attendance area boundary and registration.

Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack School was designed with 21st century learning in mind, with:

  • spaces that support flexible, engaging and authentic learning experiences
  • state-of-the-art Career and Technology facilities
  • rigorous academic programming

We offer a variety of courses, extracurricular activities, and athletic and arts experiences that help build confident, resilient and empowered learners who are ready to handle the challenges of the future. Programs and courses will include:

  • the Advanced Placement program
  • the Interactions program for students who have autism spectrum disorder
  • Career and Technology options, including:
    • Culinary Arts
    • Automotives
