INTRODUCTION TO BOILERMAKER SUMMER OPPORTUNITY

Lodge 146 Union Training Centre

Open to students 17 years of age or older, this Campus EPSB summer opportunity is a two-week exploratory pre-employment course to learn about the boilermaker trade from experienced instructors at the Lodge 146 Union Training Centre. Instruction will be delivered through a blend of theory and hands-on learning activities. Students who complete this opportunity may be able to transition into an apprenticeship and begin working in the trade.

Open to students 16 years of age or older, this Campus EPSB summer opportunity is a four-week exploratory pre-employment course to learn about the bricklayer trade from experienced instructors at the Bricklayer and Allied Craftworkers Local 1. Instruction will be delivered through a blend of theory and hands-on learning activities. Students who complete this opportunity may be able to transition into an apprenticeship and begin working in the trade.
