These numbers represent enrolment on September 30 as submitted to Alberta Education.

Program enrolment may not equal a school's total enrolment because:

  • students may be enrolled in more than one program, and
  • some programs are not shown.

Enrolment data gives parents a general understanding of the number of students at a school or enrolled in a program. Although we’ve made every reasonable effort to ensure the data is accurate, there may still be errors. To confirm enrolment, contact the school.

About Victoria School

At Victoria School, our combined focus on arts and academics promotes student achievement and fosters the lifelong pursuit of excellence. Students think as critically in their arts classes as they think creatively in their academic ones.

Our arts programming includes:

  • art and design
  • dance
  • media
  • music
  • theatre

The International Baccalaureate program aligns the arts and academics within a framework of inquiry. It provides academic opportunities and nurtures a world view. As an IB World School we offer the full continuum of programs:

  • the IB Diploma and Certificate
  • the Career-Related Certificate
  • the Middle Years program
  • the Primary Years program

The Academy at King Edward’s Strategies program at Victoria School is an integral partner in our high school programming. We also offer the Interactions program, which supports students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), in Grades 7–12.

Kindergarten to Grade 9 students are admitted through an application process based on an interest in an inquiry-based, arts-engaged learning environment.

Located in the heart of the city’s arts district, Victoria School serves Edmonton and beyond. Our parent community is very supportive, and we have partnerships within the arts community. Our diverse student population develop into passionate and compassionate global leaders who pursue artistic and academic excellence.

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

  • in providing experiences that enable students to think creatively and critically about the world they live in
  • in creating a welcoming, positive, supportive, inclusive and dynamic environment to help students achieve the full range of their potential
