Our schools reflect Edmonton’s rich cultural and ethnic diversity, and we’re committed to making sure students from all backgrounds feel supported and included in their classrooms.
If you’re passionate about building a strong sense of belonging for all students in our schools, apply to join the District’s new Multiculturalism and Cultural Diversity Policy Review Advisory Committee. We’re accepting applications until 4 p.m. Feb. 20, 2019, to fill up to 25 volunteer positions on the committee.
Committee members will help District leaders understand a variety of community perspectives related to multiculturalism and diversity in education, as Edmonton Public Schools revises and updates its Multicultural Education policy.
