Join us in celebrating Asian Heritage Month

May is Asian Heritage Month! This month, many students, staff and community members will collectively honour and learn more about the lives, histories and accomplishments of Asian Canadians.

By engaging with Asian heritage and Asian Albertans through classroom projects, displays and more, schools will acknowledge Asian Canadians’ ongoing achievements and contributions to every aspect of life in the city, province and country.

Talk to your school about what they have planned to recognize Asian Heritage Month.

Land Acknowledgment
