Discover Post-Secondary Possibilities Outside of Alberta at the First-Ever Out-of-Province (OOP) Event

News item: First-Ever Out-of-Province (OOP) Event

Edmonton Public Schools is proud to support the Out-of-Province (OOP) post-secondary event being held on Monday October 17, 2016. All Edmonton high school students and their parents are invited to join us for this first-of-its-kind event in Edmonton.

    Jasper Place High School
9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Centre for Education 
6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

Who will be there

Imagine getting access to 50 of the finest Canadian Universities all in one location! Representatives from Canadian universities and colleges outside of Alberta will have booths set up in the East Gym of Jasper Place High School where students can explore their opportunities and ask questions. This will truly be a coast-to-coast event with participation from the University of British Columbia, Simon Frasier University, University of Saskatchewan, University of Toronto, Queen’s, Dalhousie, StFX, Carleton, Waterloo and many more.

How to sign up

No registration is necessary and any students interested in studying outside of Alberta are strongly encouraged to attend.

Where to go

Jasper Place High School is located at 8950 – 163 Street NW in Edmonton and the Centre for Education is located at One Kingsway Avenue in Edmonton.
