We’re celebrating Pride Week

June 1 to June 5 is Pride Week at Edmonton Public Schools.

This is the second annual celebration after the Board of Trustees voted unanimously in 2019 to declare the first week of June Pride Week.

The Division is supporting schools that choose to participate in Pride Week with ideas and resources. Last year’s celebrations included parades, rainbow days and flag displays. Although we know this year will be different due to social distancing measures, we are still committed to embracing and celebrating this important week.

Land Acknowledgment
