Students displaced from their homes in Fort McMurray are welcome at Edmonton Public Schools. We are here to help you during this incredibly difficult time.

How to register

If you’ve arrived in Edmonton from Fort McMurray and want to register your child in an Edmonton Public School, here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Use our Find a School tool to locate the neighbourhood school for your Edmonton address.

Step 2: Contact the school to ask about registration and let them know the exact address of where you are staying.
