New Principals 2013 - 2014

The District welcomes 15 new principals to serve as instructional leaders for the 2013-2014 school year. Principals hold a pivotal role in our District by providing leadership, direction and co-ordination at each of our schools.

Principals also support the work of teaching and learning, foster collaboration amongst their school staff and build and nurture relationships with parents, staff and community members. As educational leaders, principals have the profound responsibility to create a safe and welcoming environment in which both students and staff experience growth and success.

This year's new principals have demonstrated they are exceptional leaders and effective administrators. We wish them the very best for the 2013-2014 school year.
