Division announces re-entry strategy

Today, Edmonton Public Schools released our COVID-19 Division Re-entry Strategy to guide our return to school in September.

Our strategy follows the Government of Alberta’s 2020-2021 School Re-Entry Plan. We encourage families to read and review our Division strategy and the Government of Alberta’s school re-entry plan before September.

Families can choose to have their child attend in-person classes or receive online instruction at home. Schools will share information about how to sign up for in-person or online instruction this month.

In the coming weeks, schools will also share more school-specific information to help families and students learn more about what to expect in September, such as where to enter and exit their school, traffic flow and more details.

We look forward to welcoming our students and staff back in September.
