NEW SCHOOL ATTENDANCE AREA MAPS RELEASED

See the attendance area options for three of our new schools:
- Roberta MacAdams School K-6 (Blackmud Creek)
- Dr. Margaret-Ann Armour School K-9 (Ambleside)
- Nellie Carlson School K-9 (MacTaggart)
When coming up with options, we tried to make sure the attendance areas:
- allowed as many students as possible attend a school close to their home
- would remain the same as communities continue to grow, so that the schools are not over capacity soon after opening
- have open boundaries, allowing students from outside the attendance areas attend the new school if there is available space, using our random selection process
ATTEND AN INFORMATION MEETING
Join us at an information meeting for brief presentations on the rationale for the proposed attendance areas for these three new schools. Staff will be available to answer questions and collect your feedback.
